Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of many economies but are highly vulnerable to global crises. This paper investigates the resilience strategies adopted by SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic, including digital transformation, supply chain diversification, and government support. The study offers actionable recommendations to enhance SME resilience in future crises.
