Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of many economies but are highly vulnerable to global crises. This paper investigates the resilience strategies adopted by SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic, including digital transformation, supply chain diversification, and government support. The study offers actionable recommendations to enhance SME resilience in future crises.
